Mobile - I have forgotten my PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can login by using your Paddy Power email/username and password. When you have logged into your Paddy Power account using your email/username and password you can then reset the PIN login process to reset.

If you have forgotten your PIN you can login to the Paddy Power App and reset your PIN following these simple steps:

 1.

Tap your 'Login' located at the top of the Paddy Power App's homescreen.

 2.

A window will appear asking for your PIN login. Tap the 'X' in the top right hand corner to login with your email/username and password.

 3.

You will be brought into a regular login screen where you can fill in your email/username and password. When you have filled in these details tap 'Login'.

 4.

You will be logged into your Paddy Power account and will be brought back to the homescreen

 5.

Tap your 'Cash Balance' located at the top of the Paddy Power App's homescreen.

 6.

A drop down bar will appear. Tap on 'My Account'.

 7.

You will be brought into the 'My Account' screen. On this screen tap 'Settings'.

 8.

Tap on 'Use Native Login' toggle to turn off PIN login.  

 9.

Tap on the 'Use Native Login' toggle bar again to input a new PIN login code.

10.

A pop up will appear. Tap on 'Activate PIN'.

11.

Another pop up will appear. The pop up will ask to input a PIN code twice to verify a correct match.

12.

You will then be asked for your Paddy Power password to complete the process.

13.

A final pop up will appear confirming that PIN login has been activated. Tap 'OK' to continue using the Paddy Power App.
