What is it?
The CashCard+ is a prepaid Mastercard®, which means that the card can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted. This includes using your CashCard+ for:
- Cash withdrawals at an ATM
- Face to face purchases in store
- Shopping online
The CashCard+ cannot be used in Paddy Power shops, for sports betting terminals or for fixed odds betting terminals.
Paddy Power’s CashCard+ is only available to customers in Ireland and the UK.
How do I activate my card?
Once you receive your card, you will be required to activate it by entering the 6-digit card security number located on the back of the card.
What is the CashCard+ portal and how do I register?
The CashCard+ Portal makes it simple to keep track of your winnings and spending, and super easy to check your PIN and manage your card.

How do I load or top up my card?
No bother, its easy. Make a withdrawal online to your CashCard+ via My Account > Withdraw and have the money on your card instantly, ready to spend.
What if I’ve forgotten my PIN?
You can check your PIN online in the CashCard+ Portal. If you want to change your PIN, you can do this at any ATM that offers the service.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance online in the CashCard+ Portal too or at any ATM.
If you haven’t registered for the CashCard+ Portal, you will need to create a username and password using the same email address as your Paddy Power account.
What happens if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
You can suspend your card online in the CashCard+ Portal right away to keep your winnings safe and sound.
To report the card lost, stolen or damaged, head online to your Paddy Power account and Contact Us, and we’ll be happy to help you sort out a new one.
Will I be charged for using the card?
Paddy loves to reward our customers with the best products around, so there are no general fees or charges for using the card, including no fees for all domestic transactions. There is a 2.99% commission on foreign exchange transactions.
