Card on multiple accounts error

If you're told that your card is active on multiple accounts, it may be because you previously had an old account. You can only have your card registered to one account at any one time. If you don't remember any of the details for the old account, you can try and retrieve your password.

If the card is not registered in your name then you can't register it on your account for security reasons.
