How does this work?

The Chat Monitor tool automatically suspends chat privileges according to our Chat Policy.

It automatically detects inappropriate chat on Play Money tables and gives short suspensions.

We realise it may pick up some harmless expressions sometimes, and that it's not as good as a human moderator. However, it keeps the game friendly by instantly reducing offensive chat as we're working to improve player experience.
