If you've forgotten your username, first make sure you have followed our reset journey by clicking here and following the instructions. You will receive an email from us with your username. Providing you put the correct email address you will receive an email from us with your username. (Please check your junk/spam folders in case our email is not recognised and make sure you check the email registered against your Paddy Power account which may be an old email address).

If you've forgotten your password, first make sure you have followed our recovery journey by clicking here and following the instructions. You will be asked to provide your username and your date of birth. If you have forgotten your username read the above section.
If you input the wrong details you will see this message:
If you input the correct details, you will be asked how you would like to receive your reset link. If you only have an email address registered on your account, it will present only this as an option. Please review this carefully so you know where this information is being sent and follow the instructions:
- Resetting your password via Email
On selecting the reset password via email option, you will receive an email from us containing a link to verify your security answers. After clicking the link you will be able to set a new password. (Please check your junk/spam folders in case our email is not recognised and make sure you check the email registered against your Paddy Power account which may be an old email address).
- Resetting your password via SMS
On selecting the reset password via SMS option, you will receive a SMS from us containing a code which you will be prompted to enter on the website. When the correct code is supplied, you will be asked to answer your security questions before being allowed to reset your password.
If you've forgotten both, or locked your account, don't worry, just contact us below. No-one here has access to your password, but we can guide you through the process of setting a new password over live chat.

Having biometric or Pin Log In Issues?
If you are having issues signing in with your fingerprint, face scan/ recognition or PIN and are receiving an error message such as the below, please log in with your password and then go to the settings page on the app and turn off biometrics. Once done, turn biometrics back on again.
The message may look different depending on the type of app/ device you are using. You may also not receive an error message but just be asked to log in with your password. If that is the case, please log in that way and continue to reset biometrics as already stated.
