What's happening to Paddy Power Bingo Loyalty Points?

We're retiring the Bingo Loyalty Points feature on 13th November 2025. After this date, you'll no longer earn or be able to redeem Loyalty Points through Paddy Power Bingo.

Why are you removing Loyalty Points?

We're always looking to improve our customer experience. As part of these updates, we've decided to phase out the Bingo Loyalty Points feature so we can focus on new and more rewarding ways to engage our players.

Can I still use my existing Loyalty Points?

Yes - you can redeem any remaining Loyalty Points for bingo bonus funds up until 11:59 pm on 12th November 2025. After this time, any unused points will expire and be removed from your account.

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Simply head to the Bingo Lobby and follow the usual steps to convert your points into bingo bonuses. If you need help, our Customer Support Team is here for you.

Will there be a replacement for the Loyalty Points scheme?
