What are Money Back Tokens?

Horse Racing Money Back tokens are tokens that can be used on Horse Racing only whereby if your horse finishes in the specified places, you'll get your stake back as a free bet (max refund varies)! What's even better is we are giving you the freedom to choose which race you want to use the token on!

Choose an eligible race, select your horse and place the token in your bet slip giving you the chance to get your stake back as a free bet if your horse finishes in the specified places.

We are extending our Money Back proposition to include Multis, Accas and Bet Builders across all Sports. These Money Back Multis tokens are tokens that can be used on any Sport whereby if one leg of your acca lets you down, you will get your stake back as a free bet (max refund varies). Minimum leg requirement varies.

Choose your selections and apply the token in your betslip giving you the chance to get your stake back as a free bet if one leg lets you down.

How do I get a Money Back token?

You can see when you have a token available through banners you'll see on site, in ''Active Free Bets'' on iOS, or 'View Bonuses Details' on web & android. You will also receive pop-up notifications.

You can find your up-to-date token balance in the 'My wallet' section as well as descriptions of these tokens in the 'My Bonuses' section.

What can Money Back tokens be used on?

The details on what the tokens can be used on will be available in the "Active Free Bets"/ "View Bonuses Details" section of the app. Some Horse Racing Money Back tokens can be used on a horse race of your choosing, in the UK or Ireland, whereas others will be eligible on selected races or meetings. Horse Racing Money Back tokens will be eligible to use on singles only.

Some Money Back Multi Tokens can be used on any event whereas others may be linked to a specific sport or event. The details of what these tokens can be used on is available in the 'View Bonus Details' section. Money Back Multi Tokens are eligible on Bet Builders, Accas and Multis only.

How do I use a Money Back token?

Horse Racing Money Back Token

To use the Horse Racing Money Back token, simply select a horse to add it onto your bet slip and then click the yellow box marked 'Money Back'. After applying the token, you will see the entire 'Money Back' button in the bet slip turn yellow and the key T&Cs will appear. It's as easy as that!

Money Back Multis Token

To use the Money Back Multis token, simply add your selections to the betslip and then click the yellow box marked 'Money Back'. After applying the token, you will see the entire 'Money Back' button in the bet slip turn yellow and the key T&Cs will appear.

I'm having trouble using my Money Back token, why is it not appearing on my betslip?

If you are having problems using your token, make sure to double check the terms & conditions of the token in the "Active Free Bets" / "View Bonuses Details" section of the app. Firstly, check if it is usable on Horse Racing (money back if your horse finishes 2nd/3rd or 4th), or if it's a money back token to be used on multis/accas/bet builders.

If you are trying to use a horse racing money back token it may only be eligible on selected races or there may be a minimum number of runners required in the race to be able to use it.

If you trying to use a money back multis token it may have a minimum leg requirement or be linked to a specific sport or event.

What happens if I end up backing a non-runner?

If you placed a bet using a Money Back singles token and that horse becomes a non-runner, that token will be returned to your account to use on another selection once the bet is voided.

When do I get credited my free bet if the horse loses/ 1 leg of my 5+ acca loses?

Free bet refunds following the use of a Money Back Tokens will be credited to your account within 2 hours after the event has ended. If you are due a free bet from a Money Back token, please hold tight and it will be credited to your account within this timeframe.

Do the tokens expire?

Each Racing Money Back token will have an expiry time associated with it. This will be made clear in any pop-up notifications and other communications associated with the token. This information can also be found in the "Active Free Bets"/ "View Bonuses Details" section of the app.

Can I use the Money Back token with another offer?

Money Back tokens cannot be used in conjunction with a free bet and therefore only applies to stakes made with cash only. This also applies to Power Ups, and they cannot be combined with other Money Back tokens on the same bet. Bets placed using a Money Back token will not qualify for other promotions like Paddy's Rewards Club.

Money Back Multi tokens can be used in conjunction with Super Sub eligible bets.

Where can I find my Money Back token?

Your token balance will be displayed in the 'cash & bonus balance' section when logged in your account. Additional details on the tokens in your account can be found in the ''Active Free Bets'' / "View Bonuses Details" section of the app.

What happens if I cash out my bet?

If you cash out or partially cash out your bet placed with a money back token, the token will not be returned or refunded.

Does Best Odds Guaranteed apply to bets placed with Money Back tokens?

What happens in the event of a dead heat?

Dead heat rules apply. For example, in the event of a dead heat in a race where the Horse Racing Money Back token gave you money back as a free bet if your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd:

Dead heat for First Place - refunds will only apply to the 3rd placed horse
Dead heat for Second Place - refunds will only apply to the two 2nd placed horses
Dead heat for Third Place - refunds will apply to the 2nd placed and both 3rd placed horses

What happens to my bet if I have used a token and the result is an amended result?

In the event of an amended result, crediting of free bets will only take place after the result of the event is confirmed.

I have multiple Money Back tokens in my account, how do I know which one I am using?

For Horse Racing Money Back tokens, if you have multiple tokens in your account that can be used on any race, the token which expires first will be used first when you go to place a bet. If you have a token that can be used on selected races and a token that can be used on any race, the token which can be used on a specific race will be used first when you go to place a bet.

For Money Back Multis if you have multiple tokens in your account, the token which expires first will be used first when you go to place a bet.

If you have both a Money Back Single and a Money Back Multi in your account, only the relevant option will be available for use. For instance, when placing a bet on a multi, accumulator, or Bet Builder, only the Money Back Multi can be applied. Conversely, if you're placing a single bet on a specific race where a Money Back token is eligible, only the Money Back Single can be used. These tokens cannot be applied simultaneously, as their eligibility criteria differ.
