What we'll need to increase your spend limit?
If you want to change your spend limit, we might need a bit more info from you:
- How much do you want your new monthly limit to be?
- Proof of your income: like three payslips from the last three months, or a recent P60 or tax form (UK: SA302 / IE: Form 11) accompanied by a recent bank statement showing regular income.
- Additional/Alternative Income: If you have other additional/alternative sources of income, such as savings, investment portfolios, or a pension, please let us know and provide documents that verify this income.
We'll also need more information about your discretionary income.
Discretionary income is the money you have left over after taxes and essentials, like, bills and groceries have been paid.
To calculate it, subtract your essential outgoings from your monthly net income. For example, if your net monthly income is £2,000 and your essential expenses total £1,500, your discretionary income would be £500. If you're satisfied with this information, click here to proceed with the Spend Limit Challenge process. Opening hours Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm.
Please ensure you have your documents handy before contacting us, pay slips are the fastest way to verify. Without this information, we'll be unable to look at increasing your limit.
