You can deposit cash to your online account in any of our shops across Ireland and the UK as follows:

• Bring your cash to the desk and quote your username or account number to the cashier. They will process your deposit and the funds will be in your account straight away.

Misplaced Cards:

• If you have lost or misplaced your Play Card, you can get a new one from any of our shops for free and then contact Customer Services, who will link the new card to your account.
