Each Way
- If your bet is an each way Horse Racing multiple, i.e. Each Way Treble, Each Way Lucky 15 etc, please be aware that place terms are determined on the total runners coming 'under starter's orders'.

Best Odds Guaranteed
- For horse racing markets, Best Odds Guaranteed is an opt in promotion and is available to customers who have opted into the promotion via the promotion page before placing a bet and whose registration address or registration country is in the Republic of Ireland or the UK.
- We offer Best Odds Guaranteed on UK & Irish Horse Racing meetings from 8am on the day of the race.
- Best Odds Guaranteed applies to Singles & Multiples on win & each way markets only.
- Best Odds Guaranteed applies to all Irish and UK Horse Racing from 8am the following day from when you opt in.

- Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to:
- Bets placed at ante-post odds
- Betting-in-running bets
- Combined horse bets
- Bets on international racing
- Customers whose registered address is outside the UK or Ireland
- Power Price selections
- Bets placed using a Power Up
- Bets placed using a free bet or partial free bet
Rule 4 Deductions
- Your selection or selection(s) could have been subject to a 'Rule 4'. A Rule 4 deduction is predominantly applied to Horse Racing bets to compensate for the later withdrawal of one of the runners of a race. For a full breakdown of Rule 4 and it's application, please click here.
Dead Heat
- Your selection or selection(s) could have been involved in a 'Dead Heat'. A Dead Heat is when two or more selections are deemed as joint winners of an event. For a full breakdown of Dead Heat Rules, please click here.
Future Racing / Ante Post
- Future Racing, otherwise known as Ante Post betting is when a market exists in advance of an event. This way you can place your bet well in advance of the race.
- Ante Post is a phrase used for bets placed at least a day in advance of the event.
- For Future Racing betting, unless otherwise specified all selections that are Non-Runners are counted as losers.
- Generally, in horse racing or greyhound racing, Future Racing betting takes place before the final declarations of that race (usually 24-48 hours before the race), after this point, all bets are placed under Non-runner Money Back rules.

Non-Runners & Voids
- If your bet contains a selection or selection(s) that do not take part in the stated event, or the circumstances behind the event have changed, they may be declared as 'Void' or a 'Non Runner'.

'Perm' Betting Results
- If placing multiple bets less than the total number of your selections, e.g. selecting 'Doubles' when you've selected 3 selections, this is known as a 'perm' or permutation bet. Incorrect Result
- If you've checked the Rules of the particular market your bet has been placed on and believe the result has been entered incorrectly, please do not hesitate to 'Message Us' and we will be happy to look into it for you.
